The urbanization was a development by Prince Ferdinand von Bismarck, son and great grandson of the famous von Bismarck statesmen, in the late 1970’s, and comprises over 50 single family plots, apartment zones including the terrace apartment complex of Jardines Colgantes and development of Town Houses.
