La Carolina, Marbella's Golden Mile
La Carolina is comprised of some 65 plots, almost all fully built, in the heart of the Golden Mile of Marbella, located just east of the Marbella Club hotel in the direction of Marbella City, and directly west of the Boulevard Ashmawi (and the roundabout on the main highway).
It is one of the oldest urbanizations in the area, dating from the late 60’s, although the infrastructure is good and the community of co-owners works well.
Two factors make La Carolina an exceptional residential area:
• It is an almost fully built urbanization, a “consolidated residential area” in our terminology, with reasonable infrastructure. There are only a few plots of land remaining which are not built.
• Its location is phenomenal, walking distance from the beach, to shopping right in front on the main highway (The Marbella Real Commercial and the Carolina commercial rows), three minutes’ drive to Marbella City, two minutes to the Marbella Club and Puente Romano hotels and five minutes to Puerto Banus.
