Andalusian-style villa was built by a famous architect of German origin in 2001. Being a lover of Mediterranean culture and particularly Andalusian, he set out to recreate a typical southern village and for a long time he collected old materials and details to create the house with maximum authenticity and achieve this true work of art. Original brickwork, forge, cranks, hinges, doors, all this piece by piece was rehabilitated achieving supreme quality without forgetting to use high modern technologies, so that this house serves another hundred years more brightening the sight of someone who loves this type of architecture. The house is located on the second line of the beach, just two minutes walk away without using the car. From street entrance we can contemplate the garden next to the house. Different fruit trees and wonderful olive trees, some of them are more than 500 years old, they take care of themselves with a lot of love and they are in perfect condition until today. The house has a spacious terrace that is divided into a barbecue area and resting area. The main entrance has a hall with fireplace and from there leads to the spacious living room with another fireplace and exit to the aforementioned terrace.From this space we have access to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and beautiful kitchen made respecting the style of the entire house. The rest of the bedrooms have their individual entrance from the garden. Each bedroom has its full bathroom. Two other bedrooms that are located in a two-storey tower that is part of the house but also has its individual entrance, there we find an office on the first floor and the second a small bedroom with its own bathroom with shower.This space can serve as well for the guests both and for their own space of teenage children.
